Welcome to the Rubber Duckie You're the One Blog Hop. This hop is
scheduled from June 25 at 9:00 am through June 26 at 11:00 pm.
If you just happened to come to this blog, you should start at the beginning at Lisa - http://handmadewithlove-lisa.blogspot.com/. If you came from Mickie's blog then come hop along with us.
We're so excited to be doing this hop and we have a fabulous lineup with some very talented ladies. There will be lots of fun projects, along with some great blog candy, and a great grand prize for this hop.
The hop is a 2 day hop so you will have plenty of time to make it through the whole hop lineup twice. Check out each blog and see what blog candy you can win at the individual stops. Please come back both days to see great projects.
Here is the complete lineup:
My project for today is a layout that I did to put some pictures of my kids in the bathtub on.
I used the rubber ducky file from Scrapping with Lisa that is available in her store along with many other great files. I used Golden Yellow DCWV paper for the ducks and the title. I do not know where the background paper is from, I have had it for years. The photo mats are from a K and Company pad. I used SCAL to cut circles and chalked one corner with the color popcorn from Colorbox to make the bubbles. For the edge of the wings and the edges of the title I used a dark yellow liquid chalk by Colorbox called butterscotch. In order to get into all the nooks and crannies of the title I put the ink onto a q-tip and used that to get in the smaller spots.
There is going to be an overall grand prize sponsored by Lisa
from Scrapping with Lisa Designs and she will be the first stop in the
lineup. In order to qualify for the grand prize, you must leave a
comment on every stop in the hop. You also must become a follower of my
blog, my dt blog at http://scrappingwithlisadesignsdt.blogspot.com/ and all blogs in this hop. The grand prize for the blog hop is $20 in free files over at scrappingwithlisadesigns.com.
Your next stop is Lisa's blog.
Have a great day and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow for another great project.
