I have been working on trying to build up a stock of items to sell at my church fair coming up in the middle of May. I am still very green at card making, so I may have to supplement with jewelry, or other items to make it so the table doesn't look bare....

Here was an attempt a few days ago...
Not too bad, but definitely amateur. A hint: try tying your bow before you glue the paper down on top of it... The best one, in my opinion, is the one on the back left with die cuts made for me by a friend... too bad you can't see the pretty paper she made them with very well.

The next day I made these...
Better, but still not great.

Today I made this one...
I am quite happy with it. I still have a log way to go, but I think that this one shows some promise that I may "get it" down the road. I had an earlier version, I posted it on Facebook and got feedback from friends. They told me to add glitter, bling and a sentiment. So, I did. I wish that I had inks and chalk to play with.... someday!

Have fun,
"See" you all again soon!

  1. I think my favourite is the birthday card with the bunting. But they all look really good, don't put yourself down :)
